December 20th, 1968- Lake Herman Road. 1 Year anniversary December 20th, 1969- Belli Letter.

Year of the 4 Emperors:

March 31st, 1968: President Johnson will not seek re-election. RFK has announced candidacy.

April 4th, 1968: MLK assassinated in Memphis. CIA backed?

June 5th, 1968: RFK assassinated, 12:15 am. Shot behind ear is the fatal bullet. CIA all over it.

November 5th, 1968: Nixon elected 37th President. One of the closest elections in US history.

Lake Herman Road: Betty Lou Jensen (BLJ = LBJ) shot five times in back, likely held by two men by the arms, standing in place. She represents JFK, done in by LBJ. David Faraday is shot behind the ear. He represents RFK, done in by CIA.

Belli Letter, hand delivered, likely by Hugh Penn himself. [Correction: not hand delivered- but the address was printed in such a way that it copied the address font style on the building. It would have suggested to Belli that Zodiac had been to his place and seen the address, perhaps not so long ago. Belli would have seen this act as a personal threat: ‘I know where you live, Melvin, and I can come around anytime I want’. Different handwriting and the significance of the date for the 4 emperors theory (see below) suggests this letter was written by Hugh Penn, the one who would have been most cognizant of it].

Received [?] December 20th,1969, with a piece of bloody shirt from the Stine murder. Blaming Belli for death of Giancana’s man Jack Ruby. Brain damaged with LSD in prison and thus silenced. Belli had defended him- poorly- working with CIA?

December 20th, without calendar shift, is the date when Vespasian took Rome in ’69 CE. He soon after would be declared Emperor of the Roman Empire, equivalent to being declared a god.

Lots of evidence that Josephus wrote the 4 works of the disciples around Vespasian’s crushing campaign against the Jewish uprising. Vespasian equals JC. Christianity born in Rome. Those with some education in the classics, like Zeen Anthony, and Melvin Belli, might possibly also get the connection.
